DSLD is currently not requiring a deposit to enter into a contract in Bliss or Moonswept at Hammock Bay South, but you MUST have a pre-approval from your bank or DSLD preferred lender.

SELECT YOUR PLAN AND LOT

Bliss at Hammock Bay South is a small neighborhood with only 19 homesites available. Select the site with the plan you prefer before someone else does! Then select colors, options, and upgrades.

7 MONTH BUILD TIME

Once the permits are in the build time is approximately 7 months. During this time we will keep you updated on the process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
