Home has been painted throughout, inside and out, new carpet, new doors, new kitchen, new appliances, new 3 ton HVAC, new electric tankless water heater, Large 500sf air conditioned outbuilding with lots of possibilities. Not warranted, moldy carpet in outbuilding was removed and concrete floors treated with commercial mold killer four times. You can still smell a little mold smell. There is also damage to baseboards in outbuilding that may be caused by wood destroying organisms.
