I love this Gulf Highlands home for so many reasons.This is a beautiful home that has a new roof, it has a freshly painted interior and exterior, there is a 16 x 32 addition that is plumbed for an additional bathroom and the slab meets the slab of the original home. This would expand the home to a 4 bedroom 3 bath very easily. The large yard has a fenced back yard with wonderful fruit trees and a large storage shed and as I mentioned a gate with access to Frank Brown. The location of Gulf Highland is wonderful. Pier Park is only a block away, the beach is a 4-5 minute drive, Carillon beach and 30A corridor are only a few minutes away. It sits on a large 80x120 lot that backs up to Frank Brown Park.
